About Us
Rick and Teresa Copley have dedicated their lives to helping others to become healthier and thus live better lives.
They started Empower Meal Prep to continue that mission.
The goal they have is to create healthy and delicious meals that aren’t boring and bland. They want you to eat healthy, enjoy what you are eating and try a variety of different types of food; not just the same old thing all the time.
Their food is great! I'm really picky and don't like boring food. They change up their menu every week and it's super convenient. The owners are friendly and always accommodating. I feel lucky to have found them.
